With investment of over $100 billion, DMIC will create world-class infrastructure and improve logistics across multiple states.
Designed to expand India's manufacturing and service base, DMIC will be India's frontline global manufacturing and trading hub. This flagship programme of the Government of India will leverage the 'High Speed - High Capacity' connectivity backbone provided by Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC).

APIL - Unprecedented Opportunities for Industries and Businesses

Akanksha Power & Infrastructure Ltd. (APIL) is one of India’s most well-planned, Greenfield & smart industrial cities being developed over an area of 10,000 acres in Maharashtra, as part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). Strategically located at Shendra and Bidkin near Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, it is an existing urban and industrial hub in the State. APIL’s development and implementation is being undertaken by Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL), a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) between Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (DMICDC).
Complementing the vision of APIL, a state-of-the-art smart technology is being used with a focus on infrastructure that is clean, reusable, recyclable and industrial growth will be encouraged in targeted areas to build upon the industrial success of the region.
APIL - India's First Planned Industrial Smart City

Aurangabad Industrial City (AURIC) is one of the India's first Greenfield Industrial Smart Cities, planned to perfection across an area of 10,000 acres in Maharashtra State, on the outskirts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. A product of smart design, AURIC will usher in a new era of growth and prosperity.
This new integrated industrial township will be a congregration of office spaces, residences, hotels, large & small format retail, hospitals, schools, parks, entertainment hubs and lots more. 60% of the total land has been utilized for industrial purposes, while 40% is for residential, commercial, institutions, open spaces and social-cultural amenities.
Besides a rail and highway network that connects AURIC to major cities in India, AURIC is only 10 minutes away from the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar International Airport. The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust's (JNPT) dry port and container terminal at Jalna is only 40 kilometres away.
